Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a powerful scientifically proven psychotherapy to help people recover from traumatic events in their lives which have led to poor mental health.  It involves processing traumatic memories while engaging in bilateral stimulation. This could be side-to-side eye movements, tapping or auditory stiulation. This helps individuals reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories and develop a more adaptive way of processing them.

EMDR therapy is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

I am currently offering a limited number of spots with a reduced fee for training cases as I complete my EMDR accreditation.
